RAINTRAP

Privacy. Last updated 1 November 2026.

RAINTRAP is a free daily puzzle made by one person. No account, no ads, no tracking scripts. Here is everything the game touches.

On your device

Your streak, today's result and whether you have seen the how-to are saved in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare sees your IP address and request details to deliver the page and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Counting plays

To see how the game is doing, the page sends a few anonymous events to my own server on Cloudflare: that it was opened, boulders were placed, a result was submitted, the score tier, and whether Share or the tip jar was tapped. Each event carries a random ID stored in your browser so I can tell new players from returning ones, your country, and the kind of device. No cookies, no names, no ad networks, and nothing is sold or shared.

Feedback

If you use the feedback form, your message is emailed to me along with details that help me fix problems: the game and puzzle number, your board state, your browser and device type, screen size, language, time zone, IP address and approximate location, and any recent errors the page logged. Your email address is included only if you type it in, and only so I can reply.

I keep feedback emails so I can look back at past reports. I do not share them with anyone. Ask and I will delete yours.

Tips

Tips go through Stripe. I never see your card number. Stripe shows me the amount, the time and the email you give at checkout. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Sharing your score

The Share button copies text to your clipboard. Nothing is sent anywhere until you paste it.

Children

The game is fine for all ages and collects nothing from anyone unless they send feedback. If you are under 13, ask a parent before using the feedback form.

Your rights

If you sent feedback and want it deleted, write to feedback@playquick.games and I will remove it.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
